This course is a one credit hour lab course in microbiology for nursing and allied health majors. The lab portion meets three hours a week.  The course will cover numerous aspects of the microbial world; however, it will concentrate on human-microbe interactions.

The experiment numbers refer to the exercises in the Collin County Community College Spring 2015 Lab Manual. If this link does not work, go to this website and download the most recent manual for BIOL 2420 in the frame on the left.

For more detailed information, examine the syllabus and course policies. For advice on how to succeed in this course, and in all other courses, take a peek at the lab hints. Bloom's taxonomy of understanding will help you differentiate the increasing levels of insight of a topic.
