WEEK CHALLENGE.
14 participants 7 women and 7 men who I will
be training for 11 weeks using my new product the EASY RUNNER SPEED
BELT, and a change in their diet to a low glycemic diet.
I will
have mandatory follow-up sessions to keep track of and help the
participants, with their training.
