    Pose Running made easy with Joe Sparks

  • Have fun running with Certified Pose Running Coach, Joe Sparks
  • The mini-clinic is 5 hours and includes video analysis to reinforce skill as well as practice.
  • Space is limited to 16 athletes to ensure personal attention.

  • Running for Fitness
    Non-competitive injury-free jogging/running for fitness and weight loss. For individuals who want to get out and enjoy exercising without getting injured or stiff. This class will provide you with the skills to make this a safe, fun and healthy activity.Jogging / Running is # 1 way to lose weight. Now you can lose the weight and not have to worry about getting hurt!
    Beginning Yoga
    For students who are beginning to exercise after a period of being inactive or having any limiting physical conditions. The poses will be taught with props to ensure proper alignment.
    Continuing Yoga
    For students who have completed at least one beginning yoga session. A variety of poses will be taught. Inversions may be introduced by the end of the session.

    Increases range of motion and improves reflexes. Healthy joints improve athletic performance. There are about 100 joints in your body. Learn how to keep them running smoothly.
    Abdominal Conditioning Class
    Core body strength exercises for posture and sports conditioning. Strengthen your abdominal muscles and back muscles and get the 6-pack abs you've always wanted!
    Pose Running Skills
    Learn to be a skillful runner by working on running drills that reduce impact on the joints and improve efficiency of movement. Each session will include a video-taped review of the student's progress.
    Hip and Hamstring Exercises
    Will properly prepare the runner to move with a quick, compact stride to optimize his/her running potential.
    Pose Running Course
    This multi-month course will provide you with a solid foundation in the theory and practice of Pose method of running. The class will mostly consist of drill practice and running to change your old inefficeint neuromuscular patterns. Your running will be taped monthly to see your transformation into a more fast, economical, and injury-free runner. You will become a skilled runner with the mastery of Pose method.
    Executive Fitness
    Learn to use your own body weight to get strong by mastering the one-arm push-up and one-leg squat for total body strength and fitness...I will teach you step by step how to master these exercises so you will become super strong and tone without building bulk. For individuals who want to stay fit and not have to spend hours in the gym 'pumping iron'. These exercises can be done anywhere and at anytime.
    Men's RC Class
    An ongoing class for men interested in learning the fundamentals of Re-evaluation Counseling where we take turns listening to each other working on men's and other social issues.
