EASY RUNNER FITNESS WEIGHT LOSS
11 WEEK CHALLENGE

14 participants 7 women and 7 men who I will be training for 11 weeks using my new product the EASY RUNNER SPEED BELT, and a change in their diet to a low glycemic diet. I will have mandatory follow-up sessions to keep track of and help the participants, with their training.
 
Each participant is given an EASY RUNNER to help them burn calories, get in shape and learn how to run injury-free over the next 11 weeks.  The training consists of running 4 times a week, gradually increasing their times and distance. The challenge will end July 23rd at the Ohio-Michigan 4 mile run / walk at Pacesetters Park in Sylvania, Ohio. The top female and male winner, based on weight lost, best completed training log and testimonial, will receive 6-1 hour massages or training sessions or combination of both.
