IT'S A MYSTERY!
What is this letter? This letter was written to John Van & Mabel Hagan
on 28 July 1903. It congratulates them on the birth of their triplets.
We have no documentation of this. The only known births are son Gerald
on 15 Sept 1902 and then daughter Audrey on 19 Nov 1903. Could
it be that triplets were actually born in Sept 1902, but only Gerald
survived? I have a newspaper article about Gerald's birth, but it only
mentions Gerald. |
