Mrs. Hale from St. Ambrose school is to be saluted this year. The three Sertoma Freedom Essay winners were all from her class at St. Ambrose School. The winning essay was written by Quinton Bell who is pictured above on the right holding the traveling trophy that goes to his school. The two runners up were Sierra Edwards (on the left) and Triston Anderson (center). The following is reprinted from the Citation that was submitted for our Sertoman of the Year: Sertoma is a club dedicated and named for service. This year our Anderson Sertoma Club, "Sertoman of the Year", has stepped up to the call for service to our club as well as service to the community. He has rung bells in our effort to help the Salvation Army with their annual Red Kettle fund drive. He was one of the leaders in recruiting our members to participate in this bell ringing event. He has worked year after year at the annual Anderson Sertoma Mayor's Cup Grand Prix Kart race. He attends our meetings including the board of director's meetings. He was a charter member of the Anderson Breakfast Sertoma Club and transferred his membership when the Breakfast club
