Welcome to Toledo Shoot

My online friend Mahtek was kind enough to bring Feodora up from the storage facility today. We had a great time just chatting together. I showed him some of the locations that I have been scouting for doll-accessable photo shoots.

Feodora was glad to get out of the crate and in front of the camera. She was highly amused when I turned her crate into my new coffee table, and then stumbled around it during the photo shoot.

I suggested that she just relax and pick out a movie that we could watch. She chose "The Majestic" and asked me what it was about. I told her enough to pique her curiosity without giving away the good stuff.

The first thing Feodora asked about was going to see Davecat (an online friend that we just met). When I first mentioned Davecat (before we moved), I said that he lived "a little north of here". When I said that we were moving to Toledo, she thought he might be up here. She got to meet him briefly while we were helping Mahtek move. Davecat made quite an impression on Feodora. I also liked him instantly.

Feodora was a little upset when she found out that Davecat did not live in this building, or even in this city. I told her that he was on "up the road" from here. She got on http://www.mapquest.com/ while I was arranging my lights. She wanted to know how far "up the road" was!

I made the mistake of asking her why she was so interested in seeing Davecat, and reminded her that he is married to Sidore, a lovely lady. She replied that it would be refreshing to talk to someone who has 'charm, grace, and style' ! By then I knew that I was lacking in these qualities, so I thought I may as well quit while I was behind!

After I tripped over the coffee table for about the sixth time, Feodora asked me why I was saving the vodka. I told her it was for a White Russian. She reminded me that she is a White Russian, and the only one I could handle. Sometimes a guy can do nothing but give in to feminine logic!

There were not too many pictures in this set. Once we get out and about, there will be a lot of pictures around the Toledo Metroparks, the University of Toledo, and hopefully, the Toledo Zoo. "Stay tuned for further developments!"

Feodora's other photo shoots can be accessed from this index.

Feodora Verochka Tychovich is a life-sized platinum-cured silicone rubber doll. She was produced by Oleg Bratkov (a gifted sculptor) and his beautiful wife Irina (excellent makeup artist), at Anatomical Doll in Vladivostok, Russia. Feodora has Face 3 and Body 3 of their product line. She has a fully articulated skeleton and can pose in most natural ways that a human can pose. There are 'stops' on the skeleton that prevent her from posing in unnatural ways. This also helps to prevent damage to the silicone.

She is wearing the White Button-Down Top, the Comfort Waist White Pant, the Heart of the Crusade Pin, the Scroll Cuff Watch, and the Goldtone Marquise Ring, all from Avon. Her White Stag ballet flats are from Wal Mart. Her wig (from Forever Young), necklace and earrings were given to her by Irina at Anatomical Doll.
