This is a collection of small photo shoots that do not merit separate web pages. They cover the period roughly between November 2018 to July 2019

Dressember 2018 Tote

"My other dress is a dress." People have bumper stickers that read "My other car is a Porche" or some high-end automobile. Dressember uses the dress as their 'flag' and rallying point. There is no higher representation of womanhood.

Supporting St. Jude's

Danny Thomas' vision, stated on the back of Feodora's tee shirt and on the front of mine, is that
"No child should die in the dawn of life."

The Salutation of Beatrice

I have admired Dante Gabriel Rossetti's painting The Salutation of Beatrice (1880 – 82) every time I saw the work at the The Toledo (Ohio) Museum of Art. I looked for years to find a print of the painting that was of good quality and that could be purchased at a reasonable price.
I had already purchased a print of the John William Waterhouse painting The Lady of Shalott (1888). I thought the print ws too dark and lacked some detail, so I purchased a second print from another source. Both prints occupy the same picture frame, with the better one in front.

New Glider

The picture prints above 'my' computer desk are:
Johannes Vermeer's Girl with a Pearl Earring (1665)
John William Waterhouse's The Lady of Shalott (1888)
John William Waterhouse's Gather Ye Rosebuds While Ye May (1908)
Yes, I have a 'thing' for older women.

Over the years I have purchased three different nursery gliders to use at 'my' computer (Dell Inspiron 530, April 2009). This type of chair is just the right height to get my legs under the pull-out keyboard tray attached to the underside of my computer desk.

"Ready-To-Assemble" furniture (RTA) has several advantages, but longevity is not one of them. I spend several hours of every day in this chair. Over time the bolts holding the back and arms in place come loose. Even with periodic tightening, these bolts and the wood that they hold together become worn and give out. I have modified the first two chairs that I bought using other hardware that I bought separately. Hopefully this one will last a bit longer.

Shard & Shield

The Shard & Shield Kindle edition is on "Feoedora's computer" monitor (Dell XPS 8920, July 2017)

Author Laura VanArendonk Baugh sent us this signed paperback edition along with some other goodies. She held a Preorder contest that included helping save people from slavery and sex trafficking. I donated to International Justice Mission to honor Laura's generosity. Unfortunately, there was a fly in the soup. Truly, "No good deed goes unpunished." Upset about that, I made a second donation to IJM. I did neither donation to win Laura's favor, but because I already support IJM.

Shard & Shield swag

Shard & Shield swag

One of the prizes was a signed paperback copy. Laura signed the book to both of us.
"To the lovely Feodora and Terry - Always be brave! Laura VAB"

Above the Shard Crystal, Feodora has layered four necklaces from Dogeared Jewelry
On her right, Feodora wears the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital magnetic logo pin
On her left, Feodora wears the Avon Breast Cancer Awareness Pink Ribbon pin.

Shard Crystal & "Feng Shui" crystal

These last two pictures show the Shard Crystal that Laura VanArendonk Baugh sent us.
Well below that is a Feng Shui crystal that I bought some time ago.
