Halloween Dance
This set was done to obtain a base picture for the October 2016 Photo Challenge, "Costumes".
Feodora loves dancing. Bob (the skull) is lecherous, but Feodora just teases him.
I sometimes do a photo shoot against the window to capture the outside scene as part of my picture.
I tried to use my (CFL), but the scene outside the window was too bright. I could not balance the inside and outside light levels. The cats' furniture was used to pose Feodora's leg for a 'dance' scene.
I set up two incandescent spot lights high up near the ceiling to simulate the spotlights in the DAZ render. I moved the CFLs low to fill in some of the shadow.
The lower part of the scene got very little light even with the CFLs in the low position. If they were any lower, they might have cast shadows where I did not want them.
I bracketed the exposures to get the right amount of light from outside the window and still have enough light from the interior.
Toni, the Tigress (one of my cats) was a bit annoyed that I was using 'her' favorite scratching place.
I had the windows open. With the 62º outside temperature, I still got warm doing this shoot.
I took 76 pictures to get the right mix of light from inside and outside. I also posed Feodora and turned her to get the angles that I would need.
The finished product.
The DAZ models are Michael 4 skeleton, Victoria 4 skeleton, the Castillo del Diablo building, and the Halloween Fun pumpkins.

Feodora Verochka Tychovich is a life-sized platinum-cured silicone rubber doll. She was produced by Oleg Bratkov (a gifted sculptor) and his beautiful wife Irina (an excellent makeup artist), at Anatomical Doll in Vladivostok, Russia. Feodora has Face 3 and Body 3 of their product line. She has a fully articulated skeleton and can pose in most natural ways that a human can pose. There are 'stops' on the skeleton that prevent her from posing in unnatural ways. This also helps to prevent damage to the silicone.
