Taken from many other guilds. *Note: You don't need to have these gears on for the entire time in MC.
Getting high FR without sacrificing stats is easy, even without MC drops or thorium brotherhood crafted epics. My guild's recommended minimums are 100 unbuffed FR for cloth/hunters/paladins/druids, 150 unbuffed for rogues/dps warriors, and 255 unbuffed for our main tanks.
EVERYONE in the raid should have the following:
20 head libram enchant (two rogues can do a coffer run in about 15 minutes, 1-2 burning essences per run on average)
20 legs libram enchant
7 cloak enchant (dirt cheap)
5 argent dawn shoulder enchant (farm up your rep, it's really not that hard)
15 ocean's breeze/tidal loop (easy quest if you're running MC regularly)
10 royal seal of eldre'thalas (everyone should have this already)
10 blue bracers from incendius (two people can do incendius runs in about 7 minutes each)
87 BASE unbuffed FR for everyone in the raid.
In addition to this, cloth casters should have:
10 starfire tiara (drops off jed runewatcher in UBRS, rare spawn so hard to get)
10 skullsmoke pants (5% drop off vectus in scholo, hard to get)
10 dragonrider boots (10 man rend runs in ubrs, takes 25 minutes)
10 elder magus pendant (5 man kalendris in dm west, takes 8 minutes)
87+40 = 127 unbuffed FR
Druids should have:
10 flamestrider robes (2 or 3 druids can stealth farm pyromaster loregrain in brd, he's a rare spawn so get a priest to chain mind vision to him to check if he's there)
10 elder magus pendant
82+20 = 107 unbuffed FR
Hunters should have:
6 black dragonscale shoulders (dirt cheap on the AH, or farm the black dragonkin in the burning steppes for scales)
12 black dragonscale breastplate
13 black dragonscale leggings
7 emberfury talisman (a good neckpiece to have anyway)
87+38 = 125 unbuffed FR
Rogues should have:
10 nighbrace tunic (absurd attack power, solakar flamewrath in ubrs, do this guy on the rend runs for the caster drops)
10 flamescarred shoulders (kalendris in DM west, a stealth team of 5 rogues/druids can easily do 5 minute runs)
8 felhide cap (lethendris in DM east, you can do full boss runs in 20 minutes, or stealth runs in 5)
15 drakefire amulet
16 onyxia scale cloak
~25 one piece of TB crafted FR gear (corehound boots, lava belt, molten helm, whatever you have the mats for)
87+84 = 171 unbuffed FR
Paladins should have:
10 dark iron shoulders
10 elder magus pendant
87+20 = 107 unbuffed FR
DPS warriors should have:
30 dark iron helm (ridiculously good, best resist/core ratio of all the TB gear)
10 dark iron shoulders
16 onyxia scale cloak
15 drakefire amulet
87+71 = 156 unbuffed FR
Our two main tanks are special cases, we decked them out in full TB crafted gear:
30 dark iron helm
28 dark iron gauntlets
10 dark iron shoulders
30 dark iron leggings
15 drakefire amulet
16 onyxia scale cloak
~30 more from various things (epics, elemental plate girdles, blazing emblems, etc)
87 + ~169 = ~256 unbuffed FR
All engineers should have
18 hyper-radiant flame reflector
Some other options are:
15 blazing emblem (if you can find one at a good price on the AH)
15 eye of flame (fairly expensive on the AH)
9 chromatic cloak (expensive to craft, good for locks/mages)
