As stated on our Home page, orders are taken over the phone - 781-933-4976 - after we discuss your needs. To be clear we will also produce a printed invoice on the agreed work. We will also give you a delivery date at the time of your order. Major items like jackets and full uniforms that require a great amount of hand sewing should be ordered six months in advance.
You can purchase the fabrics of your choice from us or you may supply them yourself. When you purchase fabrics from us, the purchase will be considered your down payment. The quoted price, unless otherwise stated, is your final cost. There are no hidden fees or other charges. Other items needed to complete your outfit like shoes, boots, wigs, hats, etc which we do not manufacture or carry, may be ordered from other reputable artisans through us
