A STOMPIN' TOM CONNORS tribute

STomPIERRE went and sat in the stairs of the Inuvik church to play a few of Tom's North-West tunes and these people, as they were walking by, asked him, "Hey, aren't you going to play us a song?" STomPIERRE responded with, "Were are you from?" The answer was, "We live in Calgary but are originally from Tuktoyaktuk". So, Stompierre said "Calgary hey!!!? I have a song or two for you then!". They were served with "Tribute to Wilf Carter" and for the daughter he sang a newly learned song "My little eskimo". Big smiles were all out and this was just another occasion like numerous others during this trip that STomPIERRE was happy to let people know about Tom's music. Now, for some weird reason STomPIERRE visualized the album cover of "Stompin'Tom meets Muk Tuk Annie" from Tom's discography when he left the church.;)))))
