On December 27, 1831, Charles Darwin left Davenport, England, aboard Her Majesty’s Ship, the Beagle. The voyage proved the turning point of his life, a liberating journey through time and space which freed him from the constraining influence of Genesis, from the narrow fundamentalism of the Victorian era to the skepticism to a liberating world view of evolution which has led civilization into a monstrous lie. The notion that Darwin was ever a Bible-believing creationist is widely disputed. In fact, his grandfather Erasmus – the real inventor of the theory of evolution – was an eighteenth century rationalist.

Why should we care about this? The impact of Darwinian dogma is not rooted in truth, but in metaphysical contentions, fraud and myth. Evolution undermines the very foundation of Christianity. Reject Darwinism and there is no scientific theory of evolution – however, acceptance of Darwinism’s theory of evolution you must reject Christianity! Why? Christianity accepts the Bible as the Word of God; Evolution rejects God. Christianity believes in ONE GOD (John 10:30), He is Creator (Col. 1:16-17), and Savior (2 Timothy 1:10), the Lord Jesus Christ. Without a Creator, our body is death (Roe. 7:24) and we become the most miserable and our hope is only of this world (1 Corinthians. 15:1-19). The evolutionist takes the sovereignty of self and survival of the fittest, and “eat and drink and be merry” then nothingness!

It is a pervasive and consistent theme throughout Scripture that all people are created in the image of God and are of equal value (Genesis 1:27-28; 9:6; James 3:9; cf. Ephesians 4:24, Col. 3:10). For from one man (Adam) became every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and God determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live (Acts 17:26). Also, to parallel Galatians 3:28, Malachi 2:10 says: “Have we not all one Father?”

In one of Darwin’s books (called his magnum opus) he subtitled “The Descent of Man” with “The Preservation of Favored Races in the Struggle for Life”. Darwin was not alone in his racist ideology. Thomas Huxley, who coined the term agnostic, was the man most responsible for advancing Darwinian doctrine. Huxley was not only militantly racist but lectured frequently against the resurrection of Jesus Christ, in whom all are one (Gal. 3:28). Adolph Hitler’s philosophy that Jews were subhuman led to the extermination of six million Jews.

Karl Marx, father of communism, saw in Darwinism the scientific and sociological support for an economic experiment that eclipsed even the carnage of Hitler’s Germany. His hatred of Christ and Christianity led to the mass murder of multiplied millions worldwide. Karl Marx so revered Darwin that his desire was to dedicate a portion of “Das Kapital” to him.

Sigmund Freud, the founder of modern psychology was also a faithful follower of Charles Darwin. His belief that man was merely a sophisticated animal led him to postulate that “mental disorders were the vestiges of evolution.” Human carnage that has resulted from this evolutionary dogma has eclipsed the atrocities of Hitler and Marx combined.

Scripture makes it clear that all humanity is created in the image of God and that there is essential equality between the sexes (Gal. 3:28); and that slavery is as repugnant to God as murder and adultery (1 Tim. 1:10). While Scripture candidly acknowledges the existence of slavery, it never condones it. In the last book of the Bible, Revelation Chapters 17-18, God pronounces final judgment on an evil world system that perpetuates slavery.

Walter Cronkite said: “If you go back far enough, we and the chimps share a common ancestor. My father’s father’s father’s father, going back maybe a half million generations- about five million years—was an ape”

Scripture states God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.

Nebraska man: A single tooth was transformed into Nebraska Man and Nebraska Mom – June 24, 1922. Some time after the initial discovery an identical tooth was found by geologist Harold Cook. This time the tooth was attached to an actual skull, and the skull was attached to the skeleton of a wild pig. Thus, Nebraska man has been unmasked as myth.

Pithecanthropus Erectus: classified as Homo erectus, nicknamed Java man. Put together with a skullcap, a femur, three teeth and a great deal of imagination. However, most unsettling was that for almost thirty years, discovery of two human skulls (the Wadjak skulls) were found in close proximity to Dubois’ original finds; but not disclosed for thirty years.

Despite all the evidence, Time Magazine printed “How Man Began”, an article that shamelessly treated Java Man as though it were a true evolutionary ancestor. Harvard’s Richard Lewontin thinks this information should be taught as one of five “facts of evolution.”

Piltdown man, “Pithecanthropus Erectus (Java man) can be placed in the fiction category. Piltdown man “Eoanthropus Dawsonoi” may be factually described as a fraud. The jaw of an ape was stained to make it appear as though it matched a human skull; the Piltdown fossils along with accompanying bones were not only stained but also reshaped. It wasn’t until 1953, after the Nature Conservancy had spent a considerable amount of taxpayer money to designate the Piltdown site as a national monument, that Dawson’s Dawn man (Piltdown) was formally declared a fake. While Piltdown man may well be ranked as one of the more notorious scientific frauds in history, it was used for forty years to dupe unsuspecting students into thinking that evolution was a fact; and still do today.

Peking man: While Java man is fictitious and Piltdown man is a fraud, Peking man might best be described as pure fantasy. Like Nebraska man, Peking man was based originally on a dusty old tooth. The tools found with Peking man were used ON HIM, not BY HIM. As it turns out, while monkey meat is difficult to digest, monkey brains are delicious. To this day, natives of Southeast Asia lop off the heads of monkeys, bash them in at the back of the skull, scoop out their brains, and eat them as a delicacy.

Embryology: Many textbooks today show embryos of various animals as they develop inside the mother. Often the books will say the embryos of humans, birds, reptiles, etc., have “gill slits” or “gill pouches”. This false idea was first proposed in 1869 by German God-hater, Ernst Haeckel. He altered the real drawings of various animals to make them look more alike, and then traveled extensively around Germany with charts, and publishing books to prove his evolution theory. His drawings were exposed as frauds in 1874 by the famous embryologist professor, Wilhelm His, Sr. Haeckel was even convicted of fraud by his own university. In spite of this fraud, Haeckels’ completely fake drawings are still in most Biology textbooks today! WHY?

Vestigial Organs: In the early 1800’s some scientists said the human body had over 200 organs that were no longer needed. One of the organs mentioned was the appendix. It is now thought to be one of the sites where immune responses are initiated.

Evolutionists say that humans used to have tails. Why don’t we have them now? There are 9 small muscles that attach to the tailbone that are very important to perform certain functions. Any textbook that claims there are vestigial organs are either misinformed or deliberately using false information to promote their theory. Just try sitting down without a tailbone!

Thus, at various points, an emerging human is a fish,a frog, and finally an unborn human. This above theory, first championed by German biologist Ernst Haeckel, has been used as justification for Roe vs. Wade and for racism.

Popular evolutionist Dr. Carl Sagan used recapitulation as the pretext for communicating that a first trimester abortion does not constitute the painful killing of a human “fetus” but rather the termination of a “fish or a frog”. Thus, in Sagan’s world, Roe vs. Wade provided the legal framework for the slaughter of multiplied millions of “creatures” rather than human children.

Abortion is not the only ghastly consequence of evolution, racism is another. Dr. Down labeling Down syndrome as “Mongoloid idiocy” because he thought it represented a throwback to the Mongolian stage in human evolution. This evolutionary history used by Haeckel, and his disciple Adolph Hitler used it to justify the myth of the Aryan super-race, destined to subjugate or obliterate other races.

In Conclusion, Evolution has two meanings. The chart explains the difference when speaking of evolution. A fish, though many different kinds, is still a fish, an animal, though many different kinds, is still an animal, a dog, though many different breeds, is still a dog. But a rock to an evolutionist can become a dog, human, a flower, whatever - this isn't even common sense.

No matter how sincere we may be, we cannot change anyone else’s heart – only the Holy Spirit can change the heart. Ultimately it is not that others cannot believe, it is that they will not believe (John 3:19-20).
