· Aviation Ground School (AGS)

 
 This course covers such topics as navigation, meteorology, Federal Aviation Regulations,
instruments, radio facilities, procedures, and theory of flight. At the conclusion of the
course, the student will be qualified to take the FAA Private Pilot written examination.

 PREREQUISITES:
 1. STUDENT MUST BE 15 YEARS OF AGE
 

· FAA Ground Instructor Ratings (GIR)

 
 This course covers fundamentals of instruction, aerodynamics, performance, engine systems, ATC, weather, FAR's and navigation.
 
 PREREQUISITES:
 1. STUDENT MUST BE 16 YEARS OF AGE
 2. HAS SUCCESSFULLY PASSED THE FAA PRIVATE PILOT EXAM
