50th Celebration (Continued)

On August 28th and 29th our Sertoma Club will be doing a fundraising activity at the Harvest Market at 32nd Street and Columbus Avenue.  We will have to start the setup at 10:15 a.m. both days and the Hamburger fry will last until 7:00 p.m. both evenings.
You don't have to be a cook to help. We need sales persons and drink attendants and setup and cleanup folks. Can you help?
We'll provide you with a very cool tunic which will keep you clean and identify you as a Sertoman. If you can spend some time on that weekend, we sure could use you. Call Butch to volunteer. His number is 642-0762.

bers active in our club. They are, Ted Wainscott, Bob Miller, and our current President, Butch Hensley. We have a great program planned for the August 22nd meeting. This special meeting will take the place of our regular Thursday meeting. So don't show up at the church on the 27th.  There is no meeting on that date. We have some special guests coming for this celebration and you are invited to bring your own special guests.
This Sertoma club has, over the years, provided support for the needs of many citizens in this community. Dollars and food and help in so many ways that its difficult to count.
We are still here; Still caring; Still active. We have plans for the future. Join us! Not just for this meeting but for the future of our community.
