SHOT was a jolly band of misfits including:

 David Edminster: tenor sax, bassoon, clarinet

 Aaron Kerr: cello

 Kevin Schmidt: bass trombone

 Pete Thomas: ebass, melodica

 Debra Owen: alto sax

 Mike Adams: drums, vibes

The sounds emanating from this assembly resemble a noisy jazz mixture of improvised and composed tidbits. A unique sound that is at times frantic, soothing, mournful, bouncy, frightening, or silly.

How can one define the undefinable?
