The tower of Loch Leven Castle on an island in
the middle of the loch, north of Edinburgh, Scotland. It was in this
tower that Mary, Queen of Scots was imprisoned before her flight to England
(and subsequent capture and execution). She escaped, with inside
help, and fled in a waiting boat.
The music on this page is called "Dark Isle".
It was composed by a fellow I met once while on holiday in Oban, Scotland.
