Al-Qaeda Missiles?
A limitation of the NTSC video
format is that it only captures about 30 frames a second. Anything
that happens between those frames is not recorded.
This is the important frame
from a broadcast of the only known video of the first impact.
Click the pictures to see short mpeg videos of the
impacts in slow motion.
In the frame before the jet impact
(and
before the shadow of the jet touches the impact point on the wall) the
flash from some type of an event can be observed.
This is an important frame
from a CBC broadcast of the second attack.
It is apparent from watching the
video as shown on Canadian TV that the second
jet launched a missile.
CBC transmitted the only broadcast that I saw without
a video overlay concealing the missile launch.
The exhaust flash event occurs just
before the fusilage impact, off to the side and well before any of the
fuel in the wings ignited! A missile strike could also explain the
event which appears on the GAMMA video.
