Second Wind is down the porch and up the stairs overtop the bookstore.
Who We Are:
The Lotus Heart Mindfulness Community is a place to go each
week where one can relax and renew their Spirit. A warm space filled with
love and compassion, we practice mindfulness meditation each week in
the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.

for an introduction to our practice.

Each week we come together to enjoy a combination of
guided, silent and walking meditation.
The mindfulness practice is designed to help us reduce stress by
practicing methods designed for cultivating deep inner peace.
By using time-honored techniques that are over 2500 years old, we
create within us a lasting happiness that is always available to us.
In each sitting, we practice the art of stopping, calming, resting and
healing in order to renew ourselves and cultivate deep inner peace and joy.
