The Calhoun sisters Kate, age-15, Kelsey,
age-12, and Errinn, age -17 are currently Toledo's areas most successful
female runners. Almost every female runner who races in the area knows
the Calhoun sisters.
I started working with the Calhoun sisters just over 4 years ago. They started
out, learning the Pose Method of Running, and last year added the EZ RUN BELT
into their training regimen. The 3 sisters have amassed an impressive running
record over the past 4 years! The distances are from 1/2 marathon, 10 mile,
5 mile, 4 mile, 6.2 mile, 3.1mile, 2 mile, 1 mile.
