Church on the Web, Inc. on April 13th, 2000 by unanimous
vote and by legal certification with the Secretary of State for the State
of Texas filed April 19th, 2000 the corporate name was changed
to "First Internet Outreach Church".
Letters of this confirmation were sent to the Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, Austin, Texas and to the Comptroller of Public Accounts, Exempt Organizations Section, Austin, Texas, on April 21, 2000.
