My daughter from my first marriage is my pride and joy thus I can go no further without putting her photo here as well. I won't tell her age but, she was born in Wiesbaden, Germany sometime in the 1970's. Although she doesn't like to admit it, she is so much like me it's uncanny. She was married in May of 1998 and since then has given me 5 grandsons with the last two being identical twins.

David's Scottish Page

It would take a book to explain all the events leading up to my meeting my wife but, suffice it to say I met her in a hotel pub in Edzell, Scotland during my last tour of duty with the Navy. Jennifer was born and raised in Arbroath, Scotland and retains her British citizenship. I love all things Scottish and hope to retire there if I can't find a way to move there sooner. The tartan background of this page is the McFarlane hunting tartan (from Jennifer's Clan). Check out my Scottish Page by clicking on the flag!!!

I gave nearly 8 years of my life to Naval Security Group from the years 1969 to 1977. I was a 'CT', 'T' brancher for those of you who know anything about Naval Security Group. The only time I was stationed in the United States was for Boot camp at Great Lakes, Illinois and my 'A' and 'C' schools in Pensacola, Florida. I spent the rest of the time in Guam, Italy, and Scotland. I found I was getting too much information for this subject so I have a separate page with a brief description of my military experience and links to many interesting pages. Just click on the Navy crow to see this new page. Page originated January 8, 2000.

Leedy forestry logo

My real life is spent as a consulting forester working primarily in Indiana for private landowners with woodlots in need of management. I got my B.S. degree in forest management from Purdue University in 1985 and worked on a Masters degree at Michigan State University. I've written some pages here for people interested in forest management.

Jennifer and I have very eclectic tastes in music ranging from Celtic to Classical including classic Rock and Roll. We have a number of musicians as close friends and two of them produced CD's in 1997. Check out my music page to learn more!!!

David's Relaxation Page

My friend Arial gave me the idea for this page. It's just a page to sit and watch while listening to the same music play over and over. I call it my relaxation page. If you feel like taking a break, grab your favorite beverage and click on this link.
