SAN DIEGO -- A Navy seaman caught in the back draft of a jet aboard the USS Constellation was swept into the ocean off the California coast early Saturday and survived seven hours in 62-degree water before being rescued, authorities said. Michael Harris, 21, of Dillsburg, Pa., was working on the flight deck for the first time when an EA6B Prowler's wake knocked him off the deck and into the water 65 feet below.
