Dave and Ku had planned to spend a quiet evening in Belfast on the road from Ireland to Scotland, but they got a lot more quiet than they bargained for. They wandered the streets in the vacinity of the City Hall on Donegall Square at around 9:30pm and soon realized that the streets were completely deserted except for perhaps two or three other clueless tourist types. Realizing that this was probably not the safest city in the world for those not in the know, they beat a hasty retreat to the more populated area around their Bed & Breakfast, got some take out Chinese food, and watched tv in the comfort of their room. The next day they visited the Ulster Museum and Queen's University before boarding the ferry out of town. Overall they found the city pleasant (their friend Banana assures them that it is), but the events of their stay resulted in sparse photographic production:
