u Hunley has been kind enough to allow Dave to dabble in veterinary medicine for the past 7 1/2 years. After spending 5 years working as a process engineer at Georgia-Pacific Corp., she realized that chemical engineering really wasn't her cup of tea, and she decided to devote some time to child-rearing, an activity at which she has thrived. Now that Dave has (hopefully) almost completed his seemingly endless academic pursuits, Ku is thinking hard about returning to school to study biochemistry. She is a forensic science buff and is originally from Thailand (pictured at right on the small island of Koh Tao off of Thailand's eastern coast), but has lived in the States since 1976. She is currently working as a teller at Hibernia National Bank in Baton Rouge.
