I am a small in-home breeder with 4 retired dogs who are an important part of our family. They enjoy being walked, spoiled, and pampered on a daily basis. Our pets are family for life and know that they have found their forever home. With only 1-2 litters each year it's important to add your name to our waiting list now. Puppies range from $750 - $800 Our furry family: Rosie (breeder) is one of Tessa's puppies who lives with friends in the area. She is a red sable about 16 pounds with a wavy coat. Rosie is a very loving dog who enjoys playing with her kitty friends at home. Tessa (retired) is our smallest, a golden/ red girl about 13 pounds with a curlier coat. Although smaller in stature, she can outrun the others and loves to play fetch. Greta (retired) is a very laid back black and white parti who weighs 20 pounds with a wavier coat. Her nickname is Gumby and her sweet personality makes her a natural with children. Molly (retired) is a 13 pound black with a curlier coat who gave us pups that often silvered or lightened as they matured. Molly is very affectionate and loves to smile. Huey is our sweet neutered male. He is constantly giving attention to his three girls. Huey was a very popular visitor at our local nursing home and regional cancer center. We choose our studs for temperament, looks, and size. Puppies are nurtured first by mom and then by us. All pups are exposed to a wide variety of stimuli including different sights, sounds, people and surfaces to assure they are well socialized and will adapt well to their new homes. Visits by a variety of friends, grand-children and relatives assure well adapted puppies. Socialization is important to the development of a young puppy and we take this role very seriously. Puppies are raised in the comfort of our home... starting at 5 weeks they are taken outside to start exploring their new world. At night time they sleep in a crate adjacent to their pen to begin learning potty training. Puppies receive regular wormings, first puppy shot, and a complete vet check before leaving for their new homes. Tails are left long and beautiful and dewclaws removed. Sorry we don't ship our puppies... but you are welcome to personally hand carry your new puppy home. We will meet you at the airport, train station, or bus station. Visits are strongly encouraged to meet our furry family, see our home, and how the puppies are raised. Wendy also serves as a lifetime resource for all your pet questions. |
