Mt.Hood

 		    

The first picture is Mt.Hood as observed from Mt.Hood Community College. Notice the cloudy shroud around the very top.

View of the summit from Timberline Lodge parking lot.

The following pictures were taken after riding the Magic Mile Ski Lift. This lift goes from Timberline Lodge (elev. 5900') to an elevation of around 7200'.

The summit, still over 4000' higher, as seen through the bottom of my feet. Figuring out the orientation of this picture will be left as an exercise for the student.
