The Holistic Nutrition Course is designed in 2 parts. Part one covers
the  basic biochemical scientific understanding of the basis of Nutrition
including  the  makeup of the foodstuffs, vitamins and minerals.
   
   Nutrition, however is not just WHAT is consumed, but HOW it is digested
 and ultimately ASSIMILATED and finally, UTILIZED, and metabolic residue
PROCESSED  (elimination).  Therefore I cover how health is impacted
, for better  or worse, by not only what we consume, but also problems that
may accompany  the internal processes that occur after consumption to the
end results of  the complete nutritional metabolism.
   
   Part 2 covers information, with hand-outs , of the dietetic procedures 
that  are known to both prevent and help a wide variety of health complaints. 
Included  will be protocols to help those suffering from arthritis, Parkinson's, 
Alzheimer's,  colitis, hypoglycemia, hypothyroidism and other nutritionally
influenceable conditions.
   
   The course is open to the general public and nothing taught is meant to
 claim any cures for diseases or discourage anyone from seeking appropriate
 medical care for proper diagnosis or treatment.
