My oldest daughter had an assignment to come up with at least two palindromes.

Being the good Dad, I came up with a few while on business travel:

'Tis in a can I sit.
Stew never even wets. (or Pots never even stop.)
Now a Toyota won!
Tuna saw I was a nut.
Emit no racecar on time. (or Emit no kayak on time.)
No evils live on.
Ande rode Kansas naked, or Edna?

I can't claim no one has every discovered these before, but I had no references when I found them. So please excuse if you think you are the first "real" author.
